"Stomp Folk" is a combination of two types of recording.
Tracks 1, 3, 5, 7, & 9 are all studio recordings done by XYZ Audio in San Diego. Tracks 2, 4, 6, 8, & 10 -the in between songs- were all recorded by Rainbow Girls themselves, using an old tape recorder. The quality of the even-numbered tracks may be less than the odds, but what they lack in quality, they make up for in energy and spontaneity. Eat it fresh people!
